We’ve taken note of the feedback on the average deposit and have paused the campaigns as requested. From our side, everything was executed under the agreed €140 CPA during the active period, with tracking consistent throughout.

At this stage, it would be good to simply align on the fact that the conversions already generated are being handled under the initial CPA terms, so we can close this phase cleanly on both sides.

We work with several e-gaming partners where long-term performance and collaboration are strong, and our intention here is exactly the same: review the data calmly, adjust if needed, and build something sustainable together.

Happy to sync on next steps once everything is aligned.

We spent a significant amount of money pushing traffic in good faith, based on the agreed CPA and on what we were seeing live on the dashboard. Deposits were increasing, and at no point did we get early feedback saying quality or deposit size was an issue.

If there was a problem with the advertiser, this should have been flagged much earlier. We acted based on the information we had and trusted the setup, and the spend was already committed on our side.

The average deposit amount isn’t something we control, and it wasn’t presented as a blocking condition upfront. From our perspective, we delivered according to the agreement.

That said, we’re not here to create tension. Let’s discuss the amount to be settled and find a fair solution so both sides are comfortable, then we can look at how to move forward in a better and more aligned way.

We have encountered some anomalies in the traffic data, and we need to clarify the situation. Please provide proof that the traffic was indeed driven through Facebook. We need screenshots from the dashboards, the creatives that were used, and any other information that can confirm that this traffic is from Facebook.

The conversion rate of 0.14% particularly stands out to us. This figure seems anomalous, as we have never experienced such a low conversion rate. Additionally, the average player spend is extremely low, resulting in a lack of player activity. We have provided offers for our top brands, where the CR is stable.

We have to explain the situation with the traffic to advertisers at the moment.

Regarding the anomalous metrics: there was indeed one specific day (January 7th) where we received an abnormally high amount of clicks compared to the other days. We honestly do not know the exact cause of this spike.
It may have been caused by a competitor or a malicious source sending artificial clicks, which would explain the extremely low conversion rate and the drop in average player value on that specific day.

However, when we analyze the traffic day by day, excluding January 7th, the performance is stable and normal. The CR is consistent on the other days, and deposits are present.

As mentioned previously:

the first part of the traffic was driven via Facebook Ads, with redirection through Telegram to warm up users before converting

the majority of the traffic afterwards was coming from TikTok Ads

1.
The link was activated in December, and the advertiser expected traffic specifically during that month. However, the caps were inactive in January. Unfortunately, you launched them without prior approval, but we did our best to convince the advertiser to pay for your traffic.

2. New complaints
Nonetheless, new complaints have arisen:
- Low trafic quality: The average player deposit since the launch has not increased by a single dollar.
- Lack of second deposits:
Not a single player has returned for a second deposit, indicating that the traffic has proven to be literally dead.

3. Suspicious player behavior
The advertiser also noted that the actions of the players were similar and raised suspicions:
- Suspicion of motivated or scheme traffic:
This is unacceptable in this situation, and the advertiser has expressed doubts about the legitimacy of the traffic provided.

Unfortunately, after all efforts made to resolve these issues, the advertiser has categorically refused to pay for your launch.

We have carefully reviewed your points and we strongly disagree with the reasons provided for refusing payment. We would like to address each point factually, based on the conversation history between us

1. Regarding "no prior approval" for January traffic
On January 5th, we explicitly asked: "Ok for december traffic & january?" — and at no point did you or your team ask us to stop traffic or indicate that January was not approved. You only replied about payment timing. There was no instruction to pause campaigns, and no cap notification was ever sent to us. We continued in good faith

2. Regarding traffic quality and KPIs
On November 26th, you yourself sent us the offer conditions with the explicit mention: "No KPI." We accepted based on those terms. You cannot now introduce quality thresholds (average deposit amount, second deposits, etc.) as a reason for non-payment when the agreed terms specifically excluded KPIs. This is a retroactive condition that was never part of our agreement

3. Regarding "suspicious/motivated traffic"
This is a serious accusation that requires evidence. We disclosed our traffic methodology from day one: Facebook Ads → Telegram funnel → Affiliate link. This was confirmed and validated by your team when the tracker was set up. You accepted our postback, set up our links, and never flagged concerns about our traffic source during the entire campaign

4. The inconsistency with December payment
You paid us for December traffic — generated with the same traffic source, the same funnel, and the same methodology. If the traffic was fraudulent or of unacceptable quality, why was December paid? This inconsistency undermines the credibility of your current claims.

5. Regarding the TikTok source issue
This was a clarification error on our part due to managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. As we explained and as confirmed by our team member, the traffic for this specific campaign was ~90% Facebook → Telegram. This was never a prohibited source under our agreement

In summary: the conditions we agreed to said "No KPI." You never asked us to stop in January. You paid December with the same traffic. The fraud accusation is unsubstantiated

We expect payment for the January conversions as agreed. Please confirm a payment date

If this is not resolved, we will have no choice but to escalate this matter through the appropriate affiliate dispute channels and document this case publicly as a warning to other affiliates

As we have not received a satisfactory response, we want to inform you that we are now preparing to escalate this matter publicly through the following channels:

— Affiliate Guard Dog (affiliateguarddog.com) — a formal complaint thread documenting the full timeline, our agreed terms (including the explicit "No KPI" condition), and proof of communication.
— AffPaying.com — a review of PlayMaison's affiliate program.
— AffLIFT and STM Forum — non-payment warning posts.
— Relevant iGaming Telegram communities.
— LinkedIn — a professional post addressed to the iGaming affiliate community.

We also have documentation of our presence at ICE Barcelona and Sigma Dubai as active, legitimate industry participants. We are not anonymous actors — we are a recognized team in this space and we intend to protect our reputation by making this case fully visible.

We are giving you a final window of 48 hours to confirm a payment date before we proceed with all of the above.
